OMG! I wish I had known this years ago. The Marine Corps taught me the Xerox Personal Selling Skills 3 (PSS3 = Needs Satisfaction) method. They turned me into a "regurgitator". If I had seen this video in 1994, it would have made a HUGE difference.

Definitely worth the couple of minutes it takes to view this important lesson. In fact, "listening" applies to a lot more than just selling. It applies to nearly any interaction I can think of that involves human beings; you must be a good listener if you really want to learn about and understand your conversational companion.
